Yes, we did get them back, the enlargement came out beautiful. Thanks you so very much. We were very pleased that you were willing to work with us for our wedding with our limited budget. In a day and age where weddings have become so commercialized it's great to see a company who still believes it's a truly special beginning to a new life together rather then a way to make a large profit. I couldn't find Laura Orsini Bland's fees, so I don't know how they compare, but we're using Marvin Mann of "Have Camera Will Travel"
We've met with him and looked through his work (albums, unretouched originals and retouched prints) and were very impressed. He has a "Budget Wedding" package for only $600 that includes four hours of photography at two locations, and then higher package levels (all listed on his site). His work is beautiful, and he's very nice; willing to work with us and do the type of photography we want. All I can tell you is that I was impressed both with and him and with his work.

I know it was hot, sweaty day and we weren't to cooperative as far as giving you lots of time, but I am quite happy with the results. I will happily refer you to anyone in the future!

The pictures in the canoe came out nice, I especially liked the one I am enclosing. It looks better larger but I used these to enclose in my thank you cards and the bigger size wouldn't fit!

Dear Marvin,

I want to take a moment to tell you how pleased I am with our family pictures. We have gone to many studios as the children have grown but we were never completely satisfied. The choice of backgrounds, lighting and the facial expressions captured never seemed just right.

From the moment we stepped into your studio we were treated in a positive, professional and patient manner. You spoke with all of us to obtain a sense of who we are so you could capture the true "us " with your camera. By taking the time to get to know us you were able to capture our personalities in your lens, not just our pictures. You took the time in the studio to choose the right lighting and expressions for each shot. The results were fantastic. Once the proofs were developed we again utilized your expertise to help us pick the right pictures, matting and frames. We now have our beautifully framed casual picture over our fireplace and our more formal family portrait hanging in the living room to treasure for many years to come.

When we picked up the proofs we told you about a forty year old family picture of my brothers and me that had been ruined by a piece of tape that took off the nose of one of the children. You restored the picture beautifully and enhanced the colors to bring the faded photograph back to life. We had copies of the restored picture made and now all four of us can enjoy the memories of our youth. By the way, when I gave the picture to my oldest brother he said the photographer had come to our house and had all of us sit on the ironing board to capture that picture!

In today's fast paced world most people have come to expect the service they receive to be mediocre at best. I don't usually write letters like this but since your service far exceeded my expectations and the pictures you took will bring joy to my family for many years to come I felt I should take a few minutes to say thank you. It was indeed a pleasure working with you on our family pictures and I look forward to working with you again in the future. I will certainly highly recommend your services to our family and friends for all their special events.
